Where we ship
We ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes for oversized items.
Processing time
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery options
The available delivery options, their cost and their estimated transit times are shown at checkout before payment. Estimates describe time in transit after dispatch and are not guarantees.
Tracking
When your parcel is handed to the carrier, tracking information becomes available on the order in your account. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and agree a resolution with you.
