Return window
You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving those instructions.
Refunds
Once a returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Card refunds are typically visible within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Items we cannot accept
- Items that have been used, installed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Products missing original packaging, manuals or included accessories.
- Personal-care or hygiene items that have been opened.
- Gift cards and final-sale items where marked.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
